Hoddesdon houses one of Merck & Co., Inc.’s Pharmaceutical Research and Development laboratories, which develops potential drugs into marketable products.
The Hoddesdon site has seen significant investment in the last few years, including a new headquarters building and a state-of-the-art pre-clinical development facility, which is now a global centre of expertise in chemistry.
